Contract Buyout Eligibility *

To qualify for CFN Solutions contract buyout program, customers must order and install a qualifying services.  A copy of the final bill from a previous provider, with early termination fees clearly marked.  Upon receipt of the bill and verification of eligibility, payment in the amount equal to the early termination fee will be paid to the new service business address.
